OK. Heres a thing not to try:
1/ Find a website that requires you to submit a picture of yourself
2/ Go and view your own online gallery to see if there is a picture of yourself
3/ Find loads of pictures of the kids (who you have been prevented from seeing for months)
4/ Sit at your desk crying for 10mins, remembering how happy they looked in the photos and hoping they will be happy with you again.
