Hiya u ignoring me! shout hi back! lol sorry u feeling shite I've been there u know that. The drugs work.. WITH councilling its hard BUT its one of the best things u can go through.. the other side is better! Take it easy.. stop and start again. Your a cool person.. dont forget that! and just think u could have my life!! arh!! thats worse! lol I'm now offically FAT! I'm 12st too much which is heavier than i was full term with Cameron and Haydn AND i'm not pregnant anymore! I had a little boy on New yrs day! First baby of 2007! sorry no name yet!! need ideas!! Take care love sarah and boys.. far too many ! lol

Dude... I have to agree with Paul, but have a few things of my own to add....
Don't just stay at home and mope, I guess you could mop, you will just feel worse and worse!
Be very wary of the drugs, will they really cure the problem?
You need to move on, move into another place with different people, get over Shell.
You know we are all here for you whenever you need us. You have helped us all in the past, and we will all help you.

Tudor.
Before you take the drugs, think. Now this information is from knowlegde I have from doctors and Paramedics.
The doctor tends to give the drug because it is an easy answer to a problem, it gets you out there office. You will be dependant on these drugs, and when you stop using them you will be sad again. so for god sake do not do the drugs.
and here comes the hard love.
all that has happened is you have split up form a girl. that is it. it happens all the time. OK so you love her, but in time that will change, hand on heart I can say I have been in love, and it was the fairy tale kind.. but that relationship ended,, and after abit things started to look up. Now there is no pain, and we are good mates.. happy ending.
this can happen to you, you can find love again. you will be happy again. If i was in your place, I would have kicked shell out ( not because she is a bad person, but because you need to heal) you need time away from her. cut her out of your life for a year and use that time to get over her.
take the time off. and use it to do something. taking the time off and beeing alone at home will not help you.
I have alway belived that there will be many girls who are "the right girl" it comes down to the right time. for you that is now.. but the down side in getting involded you someone who is alot younger then you, is the fact they it is not the "right time" for them, even if you are the "right man".
I will stop this post with the following.
You are not a bad person. You are smart man, just put the logical part of your mind to the events. and know that yu have all the support in your mates, we are here for you when you need us.
