Hi Wendy - if anything like an infection occurs, then she just goes to her GP who will sort it out. If its anything else, then they hold a clinic in Harley Street, London quite regularly which she can attend. Or in the worst case scenario - getting to Belgium and back is quite easy and cheap for a day trip. No problems as yet though (apart from the pain)...
