Hi Jess. Unfortunately, all callout charges (plus labour, etc, etc) were thrown out of the window due to the "pub plan". I refused to allow a small plumbing incident get in the way of drinking time and listening to live music. At this moment in time, I have no idea if she has got the plumbing sorted out yet... My "Heath Robinson" fix will would work happily for many years - erm - provided you never needed to actually sit on the toilet :)

I hope you charged the standard �80 per call out(+ parts + labour + having to "nip down to the nearest plumbing supplies warehouse")for your services?
