there is only one way to open these type of pots, you need to place your fingers in between the pots and place your thumbs on the pot edge, do not I repeat do not place your thumbs on the surface of the pot; then bring the 2 left and 2 right hand pots up together in a sharp snap repeat in order to sperate the remaining pots.

I have to say, the style is superb! I've done a few like that in the past, and they generally get a good response.
I had a similar problem myself only this-morning. As I tried to remove the cover DVD from my fresh copy of Linux Format, the new formula bogey they had used to attach it overpowered the integrity of the cover.
Cue much swearing!
